Replacing the Cabin Filter on a Fiat Punto 188

Open the passenger side door and access the cabin by moving the passenger seat back. The cabin air filter is located under the dashboard. Locate the screws securing the cover under the dashboard, remove them with a 6mm socket, and take off the cover. At this point, you have access to the filter, which can be extracted and replaced with a new one, ensuring it is inserted in the same orientation. Next, reposition the cover and secure it again with the screws removed earlier, using the 6mm socket. Finally, start the engine and turn on the air conditioning fan to maximum speed to check the correct airflow.
