How to Remove the Steering Wheel Airbag from the Fiat Punto

Model: Fiat Punto MK 3, Punto EVO, 199, Grandepunto - Years 2005-2018

The steering wheel airbag of the Fiat Punto can be removed by loosening the three bolts located at the back of the three spokes of the steering wheel. These bolts can be unscrewed using a V5 hex key. Once the three bolts are removed, you can pull the airbag out from its housing by disconnecting the connectors inside. At this point, you can install the new airbag by connecting it to the connectors at the back, placing it into its housing, and securing it with the bolts at the back of the spokes.
