This tutorial shows how to remove the headlights in the Fiat Ducato van and replace the bulbs. Before proceeding, ensure the key is not in the ignition for safety. Start by opening the bonnet, then unscrew the two securing screws of the upper cover with a cross-head screwdriver. Next, remove the lower cover with a Torx T40 screwdriver and undo all the headlight bolts with a 10mm socket. At this point, separate the headlamp from the bodywork, disconnect the power connector, open the large cap at the back, and proceed with replacing the faulty bulb.
