In this video tutorial, you can see how to connect your mobile phone to a Fiat Panda via Bluetooth. First, get into your vehicle and sit in the driver's seat. Click the button located to the right of the steering wheel to enter the MENU function, and messages will appear on the onboard computer. Using the dial on the right side of the steering wheel, select settings, then click and go to registration (ensure the PIN matches the one displayed on your phone); on your mobile's Bluetooth settings, search for radio devices and click to select. At this point, you will see the PIN that must match the one shown on the onboard computer. You have now connected your mobile phone to the vehicle and can use all the functions.
