How do you replace the starter motor on the Fiat Scudo?

Model: Fiat Scudo MK 2 - Years 2007-2016
Part: Starter motor

In order to replace the starter motor of the Fiat Scudo, it will first be necessary to disconnect the vehicle battery: this is located under the protection panel located under the footrest compartment on the front passenger side. Once the battery has been disconnected, it will be necessary to open the bonnet and unscrew the screws which fix the air filter box, completely removing it from its housing. After the box has been removed, it will be possible to locate the motor under it: it will be necessary to disconnect the power cables and unscrew the fixing bolts, removing the old motor and replacing it with a new one.
