These brief and simple steps will guide you through the process of removing and replacing the starter motor on the Fiat 500 1.2. First, open the car's bonnet and disconnect and remove the battery by unscrewing the terminal nuts (positive and negative) and unscrewing the bracket bolt; then remove the battery holder as shown in the video. Next, unscrew the fixing bolts of the starter motor, then disconnect its electrical wiring; unscrew the lower bolts of the starter motor to remove it and replace it with the new one!
