Changing the Boot Courtesy Light

Model: Fiat Punto MK 2, 188 - Years 1999-2011
Part: Light bulb

Open the boot and look to the right; near the rear speaker, you will find the courtesy light. Carefully unclip it from its housing, taking care not to tug on the power cables, perhaps using a flathead screwdriver for assistance.
Now it’s up to you to decide whether to disconnect the connector or continue working inside the boot with the lamp holder connected.

Now open the lamp holder; it is clipped in and modular as shown in the video, and remove the old bulb.
Once the bulb is replaced, carefully close the lamp holder and clip it back into place in the boot.

As you can see, it is a very simple operation to carry out on a Fiat Punto.

How to Replace Windshield Wiper Blades on BMW 5 Series E90

Keeping your windshield wiper blades efficient is essential for safe driving in both rain and for proper cleaning when activating the washer: for this reason, fill the reservoir with a quality cleaner, not just water. Replacing the blades on this model is simple thanks to the innovative attachment system: just lift the arm, press the two side tabs of the blade to slide it forward enough, then press the central lock to complete the removal. Finally, insert the new blade by sliding it until it locks into place.
