In this video, see how to replace the side glass of a Fiat 500: in this case, the glass was broken due to a break-in, so it is very important to thoroughly check inside the seal for any small pieces of glass, as the new glass will have difficulty moving up if there are any remnants (and it could get scratched). To remove the panel, there are two screws behind the knob; remove the door opening pin and then simply pull the panel towards you. Also, check inside the panel for any glass remnants and remove them to avoid annoying vibrations in the future. The glass, being a three-door model, is quite large and must be inserted from the outside, angled, and then moved to the right. Remember to bring the window regulator all the way down before inserting the glass and then raise it slowly. Ensure that all guides are in the correct position, as well as the limit stop, which is located at the bottom of the door.
