How to Replace the Leisure Battery in a Fiat Ducato Camper

Learn how to change the leisure battery in your Fiat Ducato camper. It’s not straightforward, as you need to completely remove the driver’s seat by taking out the two bolts at the back and disconnecting the seat at the front. You also need to remove the handbrake handle. Then, disconnect all the electrical wires connected to the battery and tilt the seat towards the centre of the cabin. Only then can you pull out the battery. Reverse the process to reinstall the battery, starting with reconnecting the electrical cables, refitting the seat, and securing all the bolts.
