How to Replace the Battery in a Fiat Ducato Camper

In this video, you will learn how to change the battery in a Fiat Ducato camper: this vehicle often has complex electrical systems, so before proceeding, ensure all electrical devices are turned off; remove the ignition key and be very careful not to create short circuits. The engine battery of the Ducato is located under the floor, on the driver's side, accessible through a hatch that opens from the passenger side. Disconnect the negative terminal first, then the positive terminal, and remove the fixing bracket. Take out the battery (which can weigh up to 20 kg); clean the cable terminals of any corrosion and also clean the support tray. Insert the new battery, secure it with the fixing bar, connect the positive terminal first, then the negative terminal, apply a layer of grease to the terminals to protect them from corrosion, and close the access hatch.
