Changing the gear knob of the Fiat Panda is a very simple task that you can carry out independently, thanks to this brief video tutorial. The first step is to engage the handbrake to secure the car and place the gearbox in neutral.

Next, hold the gear lever steady with one hand and rotate the knob clockwise and then counterclockwise, pulling upwards firmly. Now you can remove the gaiter or perform other tasks.

To refit the knob, insert it into the metal tube and push down firmly while holding the gearbox steady.
