Another thing to check, if the fuse is fine, is the battery charge because the dashboard is drawing power from the battery itself. If the battery is not sufficiently charged, you might also consider a fault in the alternator that is unable to charge it properly. But in this case, the car would have alerted you by indicating the battery warning light. However, take a look at this component as well, as it never hurts.
