On the Fiat 500X, the boot may become stuck, possibly due to a faulty control button or lock actuator. In such cases, you can still perform an emergency opening by following the simple procedure shown in this tutorial.

First, open the rear doors, then lower the backrest of the seat by operating the relevant lever. Next, go inside the boot, locate the indicated gap, and using a flathead screwdriver, manually unlock the latch.

At this point, you can open the boot and repair the faulty component.
