First, place your vehicle on axle stands for easier access. Now, remove the wheel on the affected side by unscrewing all the bolts and taking it out of its housing. Next, pressurise the shock absorber and unscrew the bolt that secures both the lower and upper parts. This will allow you to easily extract the suspension. You can then perform the necessary maintenance or completely replace the part and proceed with reassembly by following the steps in reverse order.
