How to Replace the Diesel Filter on a Fiat Panda

The diesel filter on the Fiat Panda 1.3 MJT is the classic immersion cartridge filter; the filter housing, also known as the bowl, is located just behind the engine coolant reservoir, practically just below the windscreen on the passenger side. Once you locate the filter housing, disconnect the connector and the fuel inlet and outlet lines to unscrew the cap and extract the cartridge. After removing the old filter, check if it is necessary to completely remove the bowl to clean it properly. Insert the new cartridge, replacing the supplied O-rings as well.
