In this video, you will learn how to identify the legal chassis number - that is, the one stamped on the supporting chassis - of the Fiat Ducato MK2. The VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) is located on the right side of the vehicle: you will need to lift the carpet on the passenger side, and in the step used for exiting, you will find a plastic plate positioned vertically.

By opening it with a small screwdriver, you will find the 17-digit number stamped in the supporting chassis.

Remember that neither the plate on the windscreen on the driver's side nor the metal plate on the driver's door frame are legally identifying.
