This video demonstrates how to remove the inner door panel of a Fiat 500: remove the internal cover of the handle; underneath, you will find the first two HX5 screws to unscrew. Also, remove the cover of the exit handle; here too, you will find a screw to unscrew, of the same size.

Now, use a plastic spatula to start prying from underneath the panel, gently pulling it out: pull it towards you and upwards, then look inside to disconnect the window regulator clip: the job is complete.
