As the first step, press the button at the top of the key to release it. Once the key is open, you can manipulate the screw that allows you to open the cover where the battery is housed. This way, you can replace the battery by removing the flat battery and installing the new one, ensuring you respect the orientation when fitting it. The positive side of the battery goes in facing down, so the negative side faces up. And that's it!
