In this tutorial, see how to replace the fuel filter in a Ford Transit van, a very simple and quick operation. First, wait for the engine to cool sufficiently to work safely, then open the bonnet and locate the filter, situated below the windscreen on the passenger side.

Next, grasp the filter, unscrew it, separate it from the mount, and disconnect the lower sensor connector. At this point, simply transfer the sensor to the new filter and fit it following the exact reverse procedure.
