How to change the battery of a Ford Fiesta key

In today's video, we will see how to change the battery of a Ford Fiesta key, model produced from 2008 to 2017. Let's start the operation by pressing the unlock button of the physical key to remove it from its slot. Once this is done, using a small flathead screwdriver, we pry apart the two halves of the remote control as shown in the video, then we also open the bottom part of the remote control to reach the old battery to be replaced. At this point, we can remove the old battery and replace it with a new one, then close everything following the reverse procedure.
