How to remove the dashboard of a Ford Focus? Let's see carefully in this video how to proceed with the disassembly. Using a socket wrench, unscrew the tightening screws of the side and lower steering wheel trim, then remove the airbag by unscrewing the screws present. Once the airbag is removed, we disassemble the central anchor pin and remove the steering wheel. We disassemble the central plastic tunnel, then, unscrew the glove box located in the dashboard (we disconnect various terminals), remove the car radio with attached plastics from the dashboard. Using a screwdriver, unscrew the dashboard (locking pins in the lower part) with the ventilation outlets. Finally, we remove the dashboard from the car body, being careful not to damage the side trim of the car.

Handbrake adjustment on Ford Ecosport

First remove the plastic profile at the base of the gear lever. To do this, slightly widen the side edges and carefully lift it to release it. By acting on it, with a 10 wrench, we can adjust the brake force, increasing it by turning the nut clockwise, or decreasing it by turning it counterclockwise.
