These brief and simple steps will show you how to dismantle and possibly replace the steering wheel and its airbag of the Ford Focus. First, get inside the vehicle and start by removing the plastic cover located behind the steering wheel; then, unclip the pins situated inside the holes to extract the airbag, disconnecting its electrical connector, as illustrated in the video.

At this point, unscrew the central bolt of the steering wheel to remove it as well, replacing it with a new one if necessary; refit the steering wheel straight and finally the airbag!
