The information in this guide will show you how to disassemble and replace the battery of the key remote for the Ford Ecosport. First, take your remote and start by removing the physical key from inside it; then, lever on the gap created to remove the battery cover, as shown in the video.

At this point, remove the battery and replace it with a new one of the correct type and same specification; insert it the right way and reassemble the battery cover, finally inserting the physical key back into the slot!
