In this guide, we will see the main steps that will allow us to disassemble and replace the trunk lock and button of the Ford Fiesta. First, we open the rear trunk door and start disassembling and removing the internal plastic lining, unscrewing all the fixing screws; then we unscrew the screws of the trunk lock and button, also disconnecting the electrical connector to remove them, as shown in the video. At this point, we install the new parts, as well as the original ones, finally reassembling the panel and checking its operation!
