To replace the door lock on a Ford Fiesta, open the door and move the seal protecting it from contact with the pillar. Once the seal is moved, insert a T20 Torx screwdriver into the now accessible hole: inside, there will be a screw that, when removed, will allow you to extract the external door lock for replacement with a new spare part. Install the new lock by reversing the procedure.
