How to remove the rear seat headrests of Ford C-Max and Focus

In this video we can see how to remove the rear headrests of the Ford C-Max and Ford Focus: it is less simple than you might think. One of them has a button, but the other does not, and this makes things quite difficult. In fact, in both the rods that support the headrest, there are locks, formed by notches: the outer one is released by the button we saw earlier, but the inner one has nothing to release it. We must therefore get a thin piece of metal, like a piece of tin, and turn it around the rod while we pull it up: when this sort of "lock" meets the notch, then the second rod also frees up, and we can remove the entire headrest.
