How do you remove the front brake disc on a Ford Fiesta? Position your car on a column lift and raise it to a comfortable height for work. Unscrew the bolts with a socket or air drill and remove the wheel, then begin unscrewing the bolts of the brake caliper to detach it from the bracket. Use a screwdriver to detach the brake pads. Once you reach this point, remove the caliper bracket and unscrew the bolts on the brake disc (using a Torx screwdriver), pull the disc towards you to remove it from the hub. Apply grease to the bolts and prepare all parts for reassembly. Install the brake disc with all associated bolts.
