Watch this video to learn how to remove the fake diffuser from the rear bumper on a Ford Fiesta: lift the vehicle with a jack and secure it. Use a plastic or metal lever to remove the fastening pins located at the top of the bumper (if present). Once the pins at the bottom are removed, take out the pins located under the bumper. Remove the diffuser from the body of the car by hand. To proceed with the installation: secure the new piece in the bumper by hand and tighten all screws around the bumper and at the bottom.
