In this video, we will see how to change the cigarette lighter on a Ford Fiesta VI, although the method is essentially valid for most cars: we remove the base of the gear shift boot so that we can then remove the center console, where the cigarette lighter is located. Behind it, we will find the orange connector, which we will disconnect. At this point, it is easy to remove the base of the cigarette lighter. Now we can install the new piece, perhaps equipped with an LED light, which we found for example on eBay with the code 173541902805 at a price of 6.74 euros + 2.77 euros for shipping. We install the lighted frame and then the base of the cigarette lighter. We reconnect the connector and put back the console and the base of the gear shift boot. The job is done.
