How to open the front bonnet on a Ford Fiesta: pull the lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard (black plastic lever), then slightly lift the bonnet and pull the release lever to the left. Once the bonnet is released: lift it up and secure it with the provided stay. Now that the bonnet is open, you can perform your necessary maintenance. To close the bonnet: remove the stay and let the bonnet fall down from a minimal height. Ensure it is securely closed.
