Here’s how to replace the battery in a Ford Ka key fob: take your key fob and press the release button for the key; unscrew the tiny screw located inside the space, then use a small screwdriver to pry between the cover and the battery holder (remove the battery holder from the cover). Extract the flat battery using the screwdriver and take a new one of the same size and voltage. Finally, reassemble the battery holder and screw in the tiny screw. Check the key fob’s functionality by pressing the door unlock buttons.
