Where is the Oil Filter on a Ford Fiesta?

The oil filter on Ford Fiesta vehicles from the 2000s is located next to the oil sump, both situated at the bottom of the car. To access the filter and replace it, lift the vehicle and use a filter removal spanner to loosen the casing, then continue the disassembly by simply rotating it by hand. When replacing the filter, it is important to place a small container underneath as oil may spill during removal. The oil filter should be replaced when changing the engine oil. The filter can be purchased online or at auto parts stores; the cost of the filter is £15, while the total cost for replacement including engine oil change is £100.
