How to Reset the Service Light on a Ford Transit Custom

The procedure described is valid for models with a digital instrument cluster and multifunction steering wheel (the one with buttons on the left). Turn on the ignition without starting the engine.

Use the buttons on the left side, pressing the left arrow to enter the menu and the up/down buttons to navigate. Look for "settings" and confirm with "ok". Scroll down to "convenience" and then look for "reset oil life". Confirm again with "ok". Press and hold until the counter rises to 100%. Once the reset is complete, press "ok" to confirm.

Exit by pressing "back" (the back arrow) until you return to the main screen.
