Replace the damaged CV joint on the Ford Fiesta. Lift the vehicle to a comfortable height for working. Remove the wheel bolts using a socket or air impact wrench, then take the wheel off. Next, start loosening the bolts under the wheel hub with a socket wrench. Remove the bolt located under the hub of the bar. Pull the arm around the joint with your hands (use a hammer to tap it if necessary). Fit the new joint along with the new boot (after removing the old one). Connect the joint to the hub and then refit the wheel using the securing bolts.
