How to Remove the Instrument Cluster

The following video shows how to dismantle the instrument cluster of the Ford Focus. The tools needed for this operation are: a Phillips screwdriver and a flathead screwdriver. First, remove the three screws located at the top of the dashboard frame. Use a plastic spatula to lift the frame, detaching it from the clips that hold it in place. Once removed, disconnect the electrical connection for the boot lid warning light. Use the flathead screwdriver to help free the cover from the steering column. Remove the cover, then take out the two screws positioned on the left that secure the cluster. Also remove those on the right. Now you can take out the cluster and disconnect its connection.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?
