In this video tutorial, you will learn how to open the bonnet of a Ford Focus. First, pull the lever located inside the car, down on the driver's side; then simply lift the bonnet (there is no lever to release or press), remembering to place the prop rod to secure it safely (if the car is not equipped with struts).

To close the bonnet, simply lift it slightly, remove the prop rod and secure it in its guide, then gently lower the bonnet until it closes properly.
