Before you begin, open the bonnet of your Ford Kuga. Start by unscrewing and removing the bolts that secure the diesel filter cover, then remove the cover itself. Next, unscrew the four upper screws that secure the filter cap. Once this step is complete, lift the filter cover to access the diesel filter itself.

Proceed to extract the filter, and you will have finished the disassembly. To install the new filter and close everything up, simply repeat these instructions in reverse, and you will have completed the replacement.
