Today, follow these steps to remove and replace the half shaft on a first series Ford Focus. First, lift the vehicle and remove the front wheel; then disconnect the suspension from the braking system by undoing the fixing pin. At this point, undo the hub bolt and pull it out from the half shaft using a sturdy lever; then lever the end to remove the front half shaft, as shown in the video.

Finally, replace it with the new one, following the video until the end!
