Complete Antenna Removal on Ford Focus

To completely remove the antenna, you must first take off the headlining; for this maintenance, refer to our other tutorials. Assuming you've already done this, undo the 10 mm bolt that secures the internal antenna mount in the cabin, as shown in the video. Disconnect the two connectors and exit the vehicle: at this point, you can grasp the antenna from the base and remove it, pulling the cable with the double connector out of the hole as well. Insert the new antenna cable and connect the connectors, then secure the 10 mm bolt, and you're done. Once the headlining is removed, replacing the antenna is very quick.
