How to Replace the Battery in a Ford Galaxy

Model: Ford Galaxy MK 2 - Years 2006-2015

Before you begin, open the front bonnet of your Ford Galaxy. Start by removing the air filter housing by undoing the relevant screws, disconnecting the electrical connector, and loosening the clips that secure the hoses. Next, unclip and remove the battery cover. After that, undo and remove the screws securing the battery terminals, then disconnect them. At this point, undo and remove the lower bolt that secures the battery, and then extract the battery from its location. Once this step is complete, you will have finished the removal. To install the new battery, follow these instructions in reverse, and you will have completed the replacement.
