Focus on Replacing the Fuel Filter on Focus

Do you want to replace the fuel filter on your Ford Focus yourself? Lift the car and locate the fuel filter. Once the car is raised, identify the fuel filter. Use a socket wrench to unscrew the fastening bolts near the housing (disconnect the wires and various hoses from the filter) where the filter is located. Once the filter is removed, take it out of the vehicle (replace it with a new filter). Finally, mount the filter onto the fuel filter housing (connect the hoses and wires) and tighten the appropriate bolts. After installing the filter, lower the car and perform a test.
