Replacing the Fuel Filter on a Ford Focus

Let's look at replacing the petrol filter on a Ford Focus. Lift the car on a column lift and locate the petrol filter as shown in the video. Using a socket wrench, unscrew the securing bolts next to the plate around the filter (disconnect the wires and various hoses from the filter) and remove it from under the body. Once the filter is removed, take it out of the vehicle (replace it with a new filter). Finally, refit the new petrol filter (connect the hoses and wires) and tighten the securing bolts along with the plate. Close the bonnet.
