Replacement of Rear Headlight Bulb

Model: Ford Focus MK 1 - Years 1998-2004

Open the rear bonnet and unscrew the headlight fixing screws: one is located along the inner edge of the bonnet and then, from inside the bonnet, there is a plastic nut. Once the fixings are removed, pull the headlight from its seat, disconnect the bulb holder and replace the old bulb with the new one (bayonet fitting); reposition the bulb holder and then the headlight, securing it with the respective screws. Perform a functionality check: if there is a significant difference in brightness between the bulbs of the two rear headlights, it is advisable to replace the bulb of the other headlight as well, given the ease of installation and the low cost of the bulbs.
