How to Remove the Front Headlamp on the Ford Fiesta Mk5

This guide shows how to remove the front headlamp of the vehicle. The first step is to open the bonnet and locate the three fixing screws for the headlamp (one is under the bonnet trim) and unscrew them using a Torx T30. Now, simply pull out the headlamp unit and disconnect the electrical connector by pressing the tab on the connector. To replace the bulb, unscrew the lamp cover and, after loosening the fixing screw of the bulb with a Torx T10, detach the bulb. Follow the reverse steps to refit the headlamp unit onto the vehicle, ensuring the correct alignment with the bodywork and securely tightening the fixing screws. Perform a test to check the proper functioning of the headlamp and the operation is complete. The tools required for this operation are: - Torx T10 screwdriver; - Torx T30 screwdriver.
