How to change the oil on Ford Transit MK7?

Model: Ford Transit MK 7 - Years 2006-2014
Part: Engine oil

In this video we will see how to change the engine oil on a Ford Transit MK7. Before we begin to remove the old oil lift up the oil dipstick and remove the oil plug. We can now raise the van to reach the oil sump, place a pan under the sump and unscrew the cap to let the old oil out. Once the cap has been removed, we also remove the oil cartridge filter and let it drain for a few minutes. Once this is done, clean up any old oil residues, screw the sump cap back on and fit a new filter. After these steps we just have to add some new engine oil and we will have finished the job.
