The pollen filter in the Ford C Max Mk2 is located inside the cabin, specifically behind the glove compartment. To replace the filter, first remove the glove compartment.

Open it and unscrew the three screws at the top and the two located at the bottom exterior of the compartment. Complete the removal of the compartment by disengaging it from its housing and proceed to remove the cover located behind it. Now unscrew the screw that secures the filter box cover, remove it, and replace the pollen filter.
