The heating tap is located beneath the wiper plastic cover. A common problem with many Ford Ka and Fiesta models is the tap breaking: the motor then fails to operate and move the coolant adjustment spindle from the radiator into the cabin.

The result is a strong flow of hot air instead of refreshing cool air. This video, actually composed of a sequence of photographs, shows how a motorist replaced the heating air tap on their Ka... also improvising with a can from a well-known beverage.
