Replacing the Radiator on Ford Ka

Want to remove the radiator from the Ford Ka? Before removing the car's radiator, you need to remove the front bumper. Lift the bonnet and take off the bumper. Once the bumper is fully removed, you can start to take out the radiator. Remove the plates that secure the radiator at the top, then lift the car on a column lift and loosen the clamp on the water hose. Disconnect the various hoses from the cooling system using pliers, (unscrew the lock that secures the front bonnet if it obstructs removal). Once free from screws and hoses, you can extract the fan assembly and then the radiator from the engine bay. Prepare to fit the new part in the engine bay. Reattach the bumper after installation.
