How to Replace the Battery in a Ford Fiesta

In this tutorial, you will learn how to replace the battery in a Ford Fiesta. The recommended battery is the VARTA B18 12V 440A blue dynamic. First, unlock the bonnet, lift it, and secure it in place using the prop rod. You will then have access to the engine bay and the battery. To remove the battery, first remove the securing bar located above it using a socket wrench to unscrew the securing nuts. Once the bar is removed, unscrew the securing nuts of the terminals and disconnect the negative terminal first, followed by the positive terminal. You can now extract the battery and proceed with the replacement by inserting the new battery into the designated space and connecting the positive terminal first, then the negative terminal. Finally, secure the bar by tightening the nuts removed earlier.
