Let's briefly go over the instructions for opening the fuel cap or flap on a Ford Escape to refuel. First, unlock your vehicle using the remote, which will unlock all the locks (including the fuel cap); then press on the side of the flap to open it, positioning yourself at the pump to refuel, as shown in the video.

At this point, close the fuel flap again and get back in the vehicle to continue driving!

How to open the bonnet on a Volkswagen Golf?
